How does your company create engaging virtual and hybrid events?​

We use technology typically seen in multi-camera TV production to create seamless, high-quality virtual and hybrid event experiences. Our years of experience in both traditional TV and virtual production allow us to deliver this efficiently at any scale.

How do you interface with the agency’s clients?

We offer two management models both included at the same price:

a. We handle the event management directly as an extension of your team

b. We interface with a member of your team who directs traffic between Faster Horses and the client.

Where do you offer these services?

All 50 states and globally.

How are on-site and virtual streams integrated?

We provide an overall production director to coordinate both the on-site and virtual components integrating them into a single event.

What size of events are you able to produce?

We’ve managed events for some of the largest companies in the world with audience sizes ranging from several hundred to many thousands. Event lengths can range from one hour to multi-day events.

What about graphic elements?

Working diligently with the client or agency team, we prepare all the necessary graphic elements, lower thirds, video elements, music, and any other enhancements to inform and engage the audience.

How do you integrate pre-recorded content?

Presenters can be remote from home or the office, in conference rooms with or without a live audience, or in an auditorium with a live audience. We can pre-record executives, vendors, subject matter experts or any other presenter to produce high quality audio and video recordings. We edit the presentation, combine graphic elements, and enhance the recording utilizing the most advanced proprietary processing tools to produce a professional looking, final edited piece, ready to be slotted into the client's live meeting and archived in any format and resolution for future reference. 

 

We can also include polls, games, panels, Q&As, sponsor reels and many other additional enhancements.

Pre-records can range from a single presenter to panels to an entire program.

How do you manage virtual and on-site events?

Faster Horses provides the equipment needed for a technically flawless event. 

 

Our ground team typically performs a technical scout for first-time clients well in advance of the event to ensure that the existing infrastructure will support the event and to make sure we are providing any missing pieces.

 

In the days before the event, we set up the cameras, microphones and AV equipment on-site and do a mini run of show to test all operations and perfect connectivity. This will be done at all in-person meeting locations.

 

We also do a technical check will all remote presenters to ensure they have the necessary equipment and connectivity. 

 

Rehearsals ensure that all presenters are fully prepared to deliver an engaging and impactful experience.

The entire event is recorded and can be rebroadcast and viewed later over any number of delivery channels.

What platforms do you work with?

We combine all of the workflow elements of the Enhanced Zoom process with purpose built cloud recording tools that allow us to capture locally recorded video content, remotely. The result is exceptionally clean, high quality video content, immune to network variations and the sometimes glitchy results obtained from standard video conferencing tools. 

We have experience with Zoom, Zoom Webinar, Amazon Chime, and WebEx, although other video conferencing platforms can be utilized.
